Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable, and to align with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) by reducing barriers to participation.

Accessibility is ongoing work—we test, iterate, and fix issues as we find them.

What we do

Current measures include:

• Plain-language content and readable typography.
• Keyboard-focusable controls and visible focus states on interactive elements.
• Semantic headings and landmarks (for example, main content regions).
• Alternative text for key images where provided.
• Responsive layouts that stack on mobile devices.

Known limitations

Some marketing sections use strong colour contrast for visual impact; we continue to review readability.

Third-party content (for example, external activity images) may not always meet our standards.

If something is hard to use, please tell us so we can improve it.
